Refund policy

Returns  
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  

To be eligible for a return:  
- Your item must be unused, undamaged, sealed, and in its original packaging with tags  
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the order or as store credit (at our discretion)  
- Returns are subject to a 30% processing and restocking fee  
- The item must be received in sellable condition to qualify for a refund  

How to Initiate a Return  
Contact us at info@realveed.com to request a return. If approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.  

Refunds  
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval  
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (minus fees) or as store credit  
- Processing times depend on your bank/card issuer (typically 5-10 business days)  

Order Cancellations  
- Cancellations (full or partial) are only possible before shipment and incur a 20% processing fee  
- If your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled  

Shipping & Liability  
- Domestic (US) Orders:  
  - We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages once handed to the carrier  
  - Customers must file claims directly with the shipping provider  
- International Orders:  
  - Customer is 100% responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees  
  - No refunds for orders delayed, seized, or refused by customs  
  - Customers must resolve customs issues with their local authorities  
- Wrong Addresses:  
  - We are not liable for incorrect shipping addresses provided by customer  
  - No refunds or reshipments for orders sent to wrong addresses  

Damages & Issues  
Inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Contact us within 48 hours if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.  

Non-Returnable Items 
The following cannot be returned:  
✓ Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)  
✓ Custom/personalized items  
✓ Personal care products  
✓ Sale items or gift cards  

Exchanges  
To exchange an item:  
1. Return the original product following our return process  
2. Place a new order once return is approved  

Delays & Lost Packages  
- We do not issue refunds for shipping delays  
- If order hasn't shipped, we may offer store credit at our discretion
